Start the claim reporting process by completing the relevant claim form.

Report damage to your property or contents by completing the property claim form. Once the claim has been received, an adjuster may be assigned to the claim and an inspection of the loss will be conducted. To expedite the claim process, you may also submit additional documents such as estimates for repair, photos and other supporting documents. If the loss is due to burglary or theft, a police report is required. However, you can submit your claim form immediately in order to get the process started.

If you’ve been involved in a motor accident, experienced damage to your windshield/windows or your vehicle was stolen or damaged, the relevant motor claim form should be completed. If applicable, a copy of the police report may also be submitted along with photos of the damage. We encourage individuals to submit the claim form immediately following a loss to avoid delays.

If you’ve experienced an insured loss that is not related to property, marine or motor, you can report your loss by completing a general claim form along with any photos of the damage or other supporting documents.
